INSIGHT ILLUSION AR MANI

Manu in Sanskrit is a term found with various meanings. In early texts, it refers to the archetypal man, or to the first man (progenitor of humanity). The Sanskrit term for 'human', (mānava) means 'of Manu' or 'children of Manu'. The Armenian term Manug means a human child. In later texts, Manu is the title or name of fourteen rulers of earth, or alternatively as the head of dynasties that begin with each cyclic aeon when the universe is born anew. The title of the text Manusmirity uses this term for the first Manu the spiritual son of Brahma. Manu was warned of the flood and built a boat that carried the Vedas forward for posterity, Manu's family and the seven sages were brought to safety, helped by Matsya the fish. The tale is similar to other floods stories of new beginings, such as those associated with Gilgamesh and Noah. Adam is the name given in Genesis 1-5 to the first human. Beyond its use as the name of the first man, adam is also used in the Bible as a pronoun, individually as "a human" and in a collective sense as "mankind".The name derives from Adam (Hebrew: אָדָם), the name which God the Father used to refer to men and women both male and female, according to the Hebrew Bible, which is, in turn, derived from the noun adamah (אדמה), meaning "soil" or "earth". In Armenian Adam means tooth and atamant is a diamond.

The etymology of the word manifest (adj.) is said to be from Latin manifestus, something made clear, apparent, evident, plainly apprehensible. Also Old French manifest means evident, palpable, something proved by direct evidence. Apparent to the mind not hidden.
The word probably originates from manu "mind" and manus "hand" which are (from PIE root *man- (2) "hand"). Manuscript is also from medieval Latin manuscriptus, from manu ‘by hand’ + scriptus ‘written’ (past participle of scribere ). The hand when open clearly reveales to the eye or the minds eye openness and understanding, an open hand, brings into view  comprehension, the show of an open hand, something, an object, or the lack od an object is made manifest. If someone makes a gesture of opening their hands, or extends an open hand, it indicates that they are an open and honest person. This gesture shows that the person making it is approachable and welcomes other people to speak to them or it can be used to emphasize the importance of what is being said. It can be said to be the action of disclosing or exhibiting ones inner self, what is private or secret, obscure, or unseen. Historically, a gesture of open hands showing the palms was intended to demonstrate that no weapons were being carried or concealed. Therefore opening your hands can show that you are not a threat and that you are ready to have a conversation. In spiritualism, the word signifies the phenomenon by which the presence of a spirit or soul is supposed to be rendered perceptible.
