THE PRIMORDIAL SOUP AND THE ARMENIAN PSYCHY

Alchemical precipitation վագել verb neutre To run, to precipitate, to rush forward.
Precipitate in alchemy, precipitation is a process that involves the conversion of matter from a soluble chemical to an insoluable solid as in life from a primordial soup. Precipitate etymology, praecip(it)- ‘headlong’, from prae ‘before’ + caput ‘head’. The original sense of the verb was ‘hurl down, send violently’; hence ‘cause to move rapidly’.
Precipice, etymology. First attested in 1598, from Middle French precipice, from Latin praecipitium (“a steep place”), from praeceps (“steep”), from prae + caput (“head”).

MEG/MAGNUS: մագ. The alchemical magnum opus was sometimes expressed as a series of chemical operations. Magus is a member of a priestly caste of ancient Persia.
a sorcerer.
Magnum Opus: is a work of art, music, or literature that is regarded as the most important or best work that an artist, composer, or writer has produced.

The notion that living beings originated from inanimate materials they say comes to us from the Ancient Greeks—the theory known as spontaneous generation. However the idea must have been around from the beginning of time and the Ancient Greeks were the first to put it in writing. Active in the 6th and 5th centuries BCE, early Greek philosophers, called physiologoi in antiquity (Greek: φυσιολόγοι; in English, physical or natural philosophers), attempted to give natural explanations of phenomena that had previously been ascribed to the agency of the gods. The physiologoi sought the material principle or arche (Greek: ἀρχή) of things, emphasizing the rational unity of the external world and rejecting theological or mythological explanations. Anaximander, The first believed that all things arose from the elemental nature of the universe, the apeiron (ἄπειρον) or the "unbounded" or "infinite", was likely the first western thinker to propose that life developed spontaneously from nonliving matter. The primal chaos of the apeiron, eternally in motion, served as a substratum in which elemental opposites (e.g., wet and dry, hot and cold) generated and shaped the many and varied things in the world. It is a given that humankind's mental engagement with nature predates civilization and recorded history. Philosophical, and specifically non-religious thought about the natural world, goes back to before ancient Greece.
I believe these lines of thought predated theological or mythological explanations, and I hope a given name of an Armenian primordial Hero named Vahagn who runs out of the 'primordial soup', will prove my point.
Primordial soup is described as a solution rich in organic compounds in the primitive oceans of the earth, from which life is thought to have originated it is translated to Armenian նախնադարյան ապուր.

It is a given fact that over millennia Armenian speakers were repeatedly concurred and compelled to incorporate foreign beliefs gods and dieties, like Hittite, Hayassa, Hurro-Urartian, Mesopotamian, Iranian, and Greek traditions and pantheons. all foreign beliefs and deities.
The pantheon of gods that ruled over Armenia, that we know of were revered by Proto-Armenians. Armenians appear to have inherited their essential elements from the religious beliefs and mythologies of the Proto-Indo-Europeans and peoples of the Armenian Highlands. Historians distinguish a significant body of Indo-European language words which were used in Armenian pagan rites. It is assumed but not proved that the oldest cults worshipped a creator called *Ar, embodied as the sun which is called Arev in Armenian. TIt is also assumed that some ancient Armenians called themselves "children of the sun".
We know that the most ancient types of Indo-European-derived symbols of worship were the the eagle and the lion, and both these words start with the prefix *Ar. These symbols that have survived till today in the Armenian culture are believed to have been native Armenian symbols. revered during the earliest eras of Armenian pre-history. Many, if not all, Armenian symbols  are believed to have derived from Proto-Indo-European. There is very little known of the indigenous beliefs of the Armenian Highlands
The figures and names that belong to the earliest pre-Christian era are mainly known through post-Christian sources. For example it is suspected but not known for sure if Hayk, his son Ara, were names originally of Proto-Armenian deities, or from the primordial Armenian cultural memory.
Etymology to date has not been able to decode the meanings of, or trace the origin of these primordial names. What is more surprising is that academia over the last 2500 years been successful in finding the meaning of the word Armenian which is the exonym of the Endonym Hay, which is what the Armenians have called themselves from the primordial past to today.
Some native Armenian words like Vahagn, a prime example seem to be Hindu/Sanskrit in origin and some Sumerian.
Below is my attempt to throw light on a few original primordial Armenian names and try to demonstrate that the names were structured to offer meaning to natural phenomena. The primordial Armenians who structured their a priory language 4500 years ago were what is called in English physical or natural philosophers, who authored legends and adopted names for themselves and their heroes, based on natural explanations of phenomena at a time when the tower of  Babel was conceived and man had the knowledge and power to ascribed the agency of creation to the gods they named thus owned.
My assumption is that at its core the structured Proto-Armenian, հայերէն is a priory, which sourced Sumerian and Hindu reasoning, ideals and moral principals which they superimposed on an existing sub-stratum of a Proto-Caucasian spoken language which it borrowed freely from other languages over the centuries.
I also believe that the authors of the Legend of Hayk defined Proto-Armenian language and culture with the stroke of a pen.
Today Hinduism in Armenia remains a minor feature in religious life, generally represented through The International Society for Krishna Consciousness and a minority of Indian students, with backgrounds in Hinduism

BELOW IS A LIST OF PRIMORDIAL ARMENIAN LEGENDARY NAMES OF HEROES, AUTHORED BY NATURAL PHILOSOPHERS 4500 YEARS AGO.

Arev  արեւ, is a noun meaning Sun. Some assume that the Armenians, the primordial Armenians that is, worshipped the Sun. This assumption is based on the fact that the word arev, a noun, is comparable with Mesopotamian Utu a god of the Sun. There is also a confusion with the common Armenian name Ara which, like Arev, is again an extension of the base root *Ar . Ara is also assumed to have been a god, if only because he may be the one mentioned in the Urartian-era, on the Door of Meher, as Arwaa. The base root *Ar in Armenian is central to the Armenian language, it signifies the beginning, a beginning, an origin, a first.  In other words the author of the Armenian language chose *Ar, meaning 'the given' as the beginning of life /nature and thus the first cause. *Ar literally signifies in sound the gesture of giving, 'take'.
I believe, the Author of a priory Armenian Logos, in the mists of time, (the time the Greeks and we, refer to as primeval), consciously made sure that there were no references to gods or goddesses. This is the time before the imposition of heavenly gods by some on many, in the age when men became like giants in knowledge, when some men saw themselves as god-like because of their newly discovered creative power. The author of Armenian designed a language of truth in truth and he created for posterity the legend of Hayk for the sake of sanity in an age of hubris, greed and debauchery. The message was simple, liberty or death. 2500 years ago our fathers and mothers brought forth on this planet a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal and death is preferable to slavery...etc. etc.
That said, it is obvious that a language is the 'maya' of the 'yogurt' so to speak and I offer that the Base Root *Ar defines the Armenian mindset to start with the understanding that life is a given and thus the prefix, affix or suffix used to indicate, in taxonomy, the first, the beginning, the origin of anything and everything in the knowable perceivable universe. Like Ararich/Author, Arar ashxar/Whole world, Arev/Sun, Ardu/Morn, Arad/plenty, Ariuz/lion. Arziv/Eagle. Ares/21March and it goes on to name a thousand more ideas, concepts and things. For the interested, I have a chapter on Ar, the base root of the exonym of the Hay. Ararich is the author and the author is the creator of all. Keep in mind 'In the beginning was the word' and the word in Armenian is *Ar.
Astghig, feminine, was the consort of Vahagn, even sharing a temple with him in the city of Ashtishat. The holiday of Vardavar was originally in honor of Astghig. I offer, that the internal Armenian etymology of the name  Astghig literally spells out its true meaning.
Asdghig, Աստղիկ is a noun and became a popular girls name and like the Mesopotamian goddess Inanna, Greek Aphrodite and Roman Venus was revered as a fertility goddess. The naming of something is said to be an attempt to own that something and how meaning was given to a something like a 'star' gives us great insight to the language and mindset of its author. When we break down a word/name as ancient as Asdghig, we find that, as in the PIE, 'astgh' or աստղ, in Armenian💥is a noun for star, and gheg in Armenian spelt ղեկ, which is a noun, gives the meaning synonymous to navigation such as, a guide, a rudder, a helm, or a tiller, thus Asdghig is the guiding star. As the morning and evening guiding Star of Dawn and Dusk the Armenian primordial name Astghig 'hits the nail on the head' for a structured designer word given an accurate meaning that has survived in time and space for the planet we now call  Venus. This word is also supported by, or supports, the  Proto-Indo-European root for star *h₂stḗr,  at least the first part.
Nvard, variously spelled, is a feminine word/name. Classical Armenian offers Nuard as the spelling. The root phoneme Nu, Armenian նու, is a noun that means daughter-in-law and or sister-in-law. Nuver in Armenian նուէր is a noun meaning a present, offering, gift or gratuity
The word Nuverel, Armenian նուիրել is a verb active, which underpins the meaning of Nuvard, for it means, to offer, to present, to dedicate, to give, to consecrate, to sacrifice, to vow or to devote oneself, such as in a votive offering when the bride willingly takes the ad hoc vow as an individual, on the circumstance of transition, as in marriage, to seal the consented union of complimentary opposites. The second phoneme of the word Nuvard is *Ard and in Armenian արտ, is a noun which translates to a productive parcel  of ground, a field, land. Also relevant to the root Ard is the word *Ardatrel, Armenian արտադրել, which is a verb active meaning to produce, to bring forth. As to why the name Nuvard was or should be paired with Ara the first son of Hayk the progenitor and patriarch of the Armenians, and why she is said to be the consort of Ara, the etymology hopefully makes obvious. Notice the base root Ar in Ard. It also makes a lot of sense that Nuvard was also seen as a reflection of heavenly waters, represented by Anahyd ( Sky-Waters) and the heavenly guiding star Asdghig.

Vanatur - meaning "the door of Van" suggested those who came through were "giving asylum", Vanatur was the god of Armenian hospitality. Obviusly lLater equated with Aramazd and Zeus.

Amanor - "The bearer of new fruits" (the god of the new year, Navasard).
Tsovinur - "Nur of the Sea", was said to goddess of waters and the ocean. Perhaps also a lightning goddess. Became the consort of Vahagn. Possibly connected to Inara.Andndayin ōj, "the Abyssal Serpent" that lived in the black waters surrounding the world tree.Nane - Cognate of the Elamitic Nanē, (via the Babylonian Nanâ), also assimilating aspects of the Phrygian Cybele. Daughter of Aramazd, sister of Anahit and Mihr. A goddess of motherhood, war, and wisdom. Her cult was related to Anahit, both of their temples located near each other in Gavar. Nane (Armenian: Նանէ, romanized: Nanē) was in origin Armenian great grandmother, of wisdom, she was also depicted as a young beautiful woman in the clothing of a warrior, with spear and shield in hand, like the Greek Athena, with whom she was identified as a Goddess in the Hellenic period. She has also been referred to as Hanea, Hanea, Babylonian Nana, Aramazd (Armenian: Արամազդ) was the chief and creator god in the Armenian version of Zoroastrianism. The deity and his name were derived from the deity Ahura Mazda after the Median conquest of Armenia in the 6th century BC.[2] Aramazd was regarded as a generous god of fertility, rain, and abundance, as well as the father of the other gods, including Anahit, Mihr, and Nane. Like Ahura Mazda, Aramazd was seen as the father of the other gods, rarely with a wife, though sometimes husband to Anahit or Spandaramet. Aramazd was the Parthian form of Ahura Mazda.[
Al - The Al is a dwarfish evil spirit that attacks pregnant women and steals newborn babies. Described as half-animal and half-man, its teeth are of iron and nails of brass or copper. It usually wears a pointed hat covered in bells, and can become invisible.
Aralez - Aralezner - The oldest gods in the Armenian pantheon, Aralez are dog-like creatures (modeled on Gampr) with powers to resuscitate fallen warriors and resurrect the dead by licking wounds clean.
Devs - The Dev are air-composed spirit creatures originating from Zoroastrian mythology (the Daevas), and share many similarities to angels and demons. They reside in stony places and ruins, and usually keep to themselves.[38]
Shahapet - The Shahapet (Սհահապետ), also called Khshathrapti, Shavod, Shoithrapaiti, Shvaz and Shvod, were usually friendly guardian spirits of Armenian, Slavic and Persian mythology, who typically appeared in the form of serpents. They inhabited houses, orchards, fields, forests and graveyards, among other places. The Shvaz type was more agriculturally oriented, while the Shvod was a guardian of the home. A Shvod who is well-treated may reward the home's inhabitants with gold, but if mistreated might cause strife and leave.[38]
Nhang - The Nhang (from the Persian word for "crocodile") was a river-dwelling serpent-monster with shape shifting powers, often connected to the more conventional Armenian dragons. The creature could change into a seal or lure a man by transforming into a woman, then drag in and drown the victim to drink its blood. The word "Nhang" is sometimes used as a generic term for a sea-monster in ancient Armenian literature.[38]
Piatek - The Piatek is a large mammalian creature similar to a wingless griffin.
Vishap - A dragon closely associated with water, similar to the Leviathan. It is usually depicted as a winged snake or with a combination of elements from different animals. Prior to Iranian domination in Armenia, the dragons may have been called "gegh".[39] May have been connected to Hurrian Ullikummi and Hittite Illuyanka.
The word amərətāt is grammatically feminine and the divinity Amerdad is a female entity. Etymologically, Avestan amərətāt derives from an Indo-Iranian root and is linguistically related to Vedic Sanskrit amṛtatva.
Vanatur - meaning "the door of Van" suggested those who came through were "giving asylum", Vanatur was the god of Armenian hospitality. Obviusly lLater equated with Aramazd and Zeus.
Nvard variously spelt is feminine. Classical Armenian offers Nuard. Nu, Armenian նու, is a noun that means daughter-in-law; sister-in-law. Nuer in Armenian նուէր is a noun meaning a present, offering, gift, gratuity
Ard in Armenian արտ, noun is a piece of ground, field, land, and *Ardatrel in Armenian արտադրել is a verb active which means to produce, to bring forth. So it is logical to understand why the name should be paired with Ara the first son of the progenitor, and first patriarch of the Armenians, and why the earthly Consort of Ara. It makes a lot of sense that she was seen as a reflection of Anahid, but to be more precise to her conception Nvard was the earthly reflection of a heavenly phenomenon named in Armenian Astghig literally translated to the guiding *Star that brought forth the dawn and was present at dusk. Obviously comparable Venus and Aphrodite, Nane and Inanna (Ishtar). developed into Anahit.
Tsovinar - "Nar of the Sea", goddess of waters and the ocean. Perhaps also a lightning goddess. Became the consort of Vahagn.[18] Possibly connected to Inara.

Andndayin ōj, "the Abyssal Serpent" that lived in the black waters surrounding the world tree.[19]
Nane - Cognate of the Elamitic Nanē, (via the Babylonian Nanâ),also assimilating aspects of the Phrygian Cybele.[36] Daughter of Aramazd, sister of Anahit and Mihr. A goddess of motherhood, war, and wisdom. Identified with Athena. Her cult was related to Anahit, both of their temples located near each other in Gavar.

Ayg, feminine, goddess of the dawn.
Anjegh - masculine, literally means "unseen- el"), god of the underworld. The main temple of Anjeł was located at Anjeł-dun ( Angeł - abode), possibly corresponds to the Ingalova of Hittite and Ingelene/Ingilena of Greek and Latin records, likely located near modern Eğil. Comparable with Nergal and Hades.
Tork Anjegh - "Given by Angełgh. Tork was said to be the great-grandson of Hayk. A monstrous and ugly hero. Threw massive boulders to sink enemy ships in the Black Sea. Sometimes equated with Thor and Polyphemus and possibly Tarḫunna.
Amanor - "The bearer of new fruits" (the god of the new year, Navasard).

Is the 'k' in Haik a diminutive or a grounding technique used in grammar. The question is related to my intuitive feeling that the suffix -ki or simply -k in Proto-Armenian nouns and words - which are today assumed to be diminutives are at origin what is known in grammar as a grounding technique. Given the root mora 'k' and the phoneme 'ki' mean in Sumerian just that. Ki in Sumerian referres to a fixed point on earth and the word 'Ki' in Armenian refers to the Juniper Tree which represented the tree of life from. A important noun Hay which is interchangeable with Hayk.
A diminutive is a root word that has been modified to convey a slighter degree of its root meaning, either to convey the smallness of the object or quality named, or to convey a sense of intimacy or endearment. A nominal grounding on the other hand involves an entity that is grounded in reality and realized by means of such grammatical elements as articles, demonstratives and quantifiers. Grounding is the grammaticized means of relating the thing profiled by a nominal, or the process profiled by a finite clause, to the ground (the speech event and its participants). As narrowly defined, grounding elements make very fundamental specifications of a basically epistemic nature.
A lexical noun or verb merely names a type of thing or process, however a full nominal or finite clause designates and grounds an instance. The profiled instance say an actual individual, or a virtual entity is confined to a special mental space.
