ARCHEOLOGY OF ARMENIAN

 Կ, կ (ghen) The fifteenth letter of the Armenian alphabet: sixty; sixtieth. Կ consonant tenuis guttural, voiceless, occlusive.

Ռ, ռ, (ra) The twenty eighth letter of the Armenian alphabet; one thousand; one thousandth. a consonant lingual, liquid, numeric value = 1000

Ր, ր, (reh) The thirty second letter of the Armenian alphabet; five thousand, five thousandth. Ր,a consonant liquid lingual, numeric value = 5000

GR: կրել GR-EL, a verb active, verb neuter To carry, to bear, to convey, to transport, to bring forward, to use, to suffer, to support; to endure; to sustain, to endure.

Consider the English words that carry like cart but more exactly that support,that underpins the all, like ground, that is enduring like granite. These are all synonymous to carry, to bear also with carry is cart. The phoneme Car could, etymologically speaking have a comparative association to the Armenian base root GR. A long way to travel in time and space to English. 

Comparative etymology does not start with Armenian, even though it is recognised as an early Indo-European language. There should be a separate field of study named 'The  Archaeology of Phonemes' meaning the study of phonemes of proto-languages that have survived in homelands that predate symbolic, alphabetic, written languages, it would be a new  and fresh approach if we broke away from the comparative recorded phonemes and move towards what is different or unique to an IE language, for I suggest that the surviving differences in the languages are more likely to lead us to the base roots of PIE, for when we are in search of the origin though comparative etymology we don't seem to get past the stage of word combination for creating meaning. If one is serious about getting to the lowest strata to develop a better understanding of the origin of the abstract construction of the meaning of roots, one has to start by discovering a conceptualization model of the abstracted word at the base of PIE words. I believe that the nucleus of a language, not the borrowed words over time exist in a living language like Armenian and that my approach which I can best describe as phonetic archaeology is scientific and the methodology I use appears to throw new light on an ancient arena. Next another that holds thing up is GRIG, կրիկ, noun for a Small trough, a drawer to carry.
